HISTORY The Ton-Up Club of Nashville, Tennessee was founded in 1997 by a group who were interested in riding and preserving vintage British motorcycles. One of the primary objectives of the Club is to gather and share information and resources to maintain and improve these classic machines including parts sources, rebuild/restoration services, upgrades and improvements. This is an independent club that is NOT affiliated with any of the other Ton-Up organizations inside or outside the U.S.
MEETINGS & EVENTS The Club holds meetings which are usually preceded by a ride through many of Middle Tennessee's and Alabama's beautiful back roads. Newsletters are published monthly and emailed or mailed to members. Main events include:
· A annual meeting is held in January which includes election of officers for the coming calendar year. Renewal of annual membership dues is also due at that time. · Meetings are usually held every month at various locations, however there is no formal meeting in December. · A British motorcycle show that is organized and sponsored by the Ton-Up Club is held annually, usually in May or June.
